Winning Project: Turenscape's Green Distillation: Maotai's Pioneering Eco-Metaverse Project
Maotai’s Green Distillation is a groundbreaking research and development initiative by Turenscape, aimed at transforming sustainability in the liquor industry. Set on an 8-hectare site, it is designed to manage and handle output of 7,000 tons of sewage and industrial wastewater daily. With the creation of a fully integrated ecosystem that recycles water, nutrients, carbon, and energy, Green Distillation addresses the direct and immediate environmental impacts of distillery operations.
This advanced technological and environmental proposal was welcome evidence of Chinese strong advancement and desire to be a leader in sustainable industrial practices.
