Grohe US - This return policy applies only to consumers that have purchased an item on grohe.us.
GROHE will accept for return merchandise purchased at grohe.us, up to 30 days after the date of purchase.

All sales on clearance items are final, nonexchangeable and nonrefundable.
Damaged or missing items
Damaged or missing items must be reported within 30 days of receiving your product in order to ensure proper credit. To report damage or missing items in your order please call GROHE (800-444-7643)
You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided your order is not preparing to ship or has already shipped.

A Customer Service representative will assist you and confirm whether or not the order can be cancelled for a full refund. Once an item is processed, the terms of our Returns Policy will apply.
All authorized refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. The flat shipping rate of $4.99 per order to return product to our distribution center from contiguous and non-contiguous USA will be deducted from the total of the refund amount. An additional fee of $20 per order will be deducted from the refund amount for returns shipped from Alaska and Hawaii.
An additional large item freight fee will be deducted from the refund amount for authorized returns of the following items:
Bathtub, Shower wall & door returns, a freight fee of $100 per item will be deducted from the refund amount. For Alaska and Hawaii, a freight fee of $150 per item will be deducted from the refund amount.
Toilet returns, a freight fee of $40 per item will be deducted from the refund amount. For Alaska and Hawaii, a freight fee of $65 per item will be deducted from the refund amount.
If your product arrives damaged or was shipped in our error, then we will issue a full refund including original shipping fees.
